A Proposal for Noonautics
Noonautics has invited people to join The Expedition for years. This is the first time they will have somewhere to arrive.
Join The Expedition has been sitting on your homepage for years, and roughly 15,000 people have taken you up on it. They handed over their email. What has been missing since is the place that invitation points to. Not a newsletter. A room. Somewhere the person reading about endogenous DMT at one in the morning can find the four other people thinking about the same thing that week.
That interest has never been asked for anything either. $200,000 came into this organization through Carl's connection at SideOut and Andrew's contact, entirely by word of mouth inside your own network, while 15,000 people who already care sat on a list. There is no shortage of interest here and no shortage of vision. What is missing is structure, and structure is a solvable problem.
Your words, on our call
Three pathways follow. One builds the room. One makes you visible from a long way off. One carries people between the two.

Three pathways, but one motion. None of them is worth much alone: a harbor nobody can find stays empty, a beacon with nowhere to send people wastes the light, and a current between two things that do not exist is just water moving.
The extended-state DMTx protocol with Dr. Gallimore and Dr. Strassman. Endogenous DMT modulation. The ketamine work. Consciousness mapping with graph neural networks. Real research, published and defensible, and almost entirely invisible to anyone outside the field.
A way for a member to fund a satellite scan of ground nobody has looked at, and to watch what comes back. Filippo Biondi is analyzing what we believe is the highest resolution hyperspectral scan of the Giza plateau publicly available. An entire audience follows this field and has never once been offered a door into the actual work.
People have been writing down these experiences on Erowid, Bluelight and Reddit for 25 years with nothing underneath it. What Josie built, and what Patrick has streamlined, is the first serious attempt to turn that body of reporting into something science can use, with phenomenology characterized against duration and tied to published variables at DMTX.ai.
Every one of those is stronger than it is currently treated. What none of them has is a place to land, an audience that knows they exist, or a path from noticing to belonging. That is not a research problem or a product problem. It is an organization problem, and it is the one thing on this list that somebody outside your team can solve for you.
The vision was never the constraint. The structure was.
Outer Presence
One community, several chambers, and a door that only opens for people who mean it.
Everything being built under Noonautics can be woven into one place. The trip recorder, the satellite work, Aperture, the visualizer, a private channel where advisors talk to each other, and a portal where members find one another. Not three platforms with three audiences and three logins, but one community where all of it compounds and everyone under this name can share what they have and find who they need. A real agora.
It gets built in Circle, with access groups deciding who sees what. The public membership is the broad base. The advisory chamber is invisible to regular members, which resolves the concern Carl raised about advisor conversation being exposed to a paying audience. Aperture and the visualizer connect as instruments, with members getting first access before anything goes public.
At $30 a month, structured as a recurring donation to a 501(c)(3), the door is also a filter. Opening a free forum to 15,000 people interested in DMT invites exactly the exposure that would put this organization in a difficult position. A paid threshold solves most of that before it starts, and everything through it is tax deductible.

The curation is the product. 200 people doing serious work in one room is a resource that gets rarer every year the internet gets noisier, and it needs no monthly production to stay valuable.
Circle configured end to end: access groups, chamber permissions, onboarding, the member directory, and the payment and donation flow. Set up so a new member's first ten minutes tell them where they are and who else is here.
Past research turned into something a person can actually get through. Carl's published work, Andrew's, the DMTx protocol, the satellite findings, rebuilt as Noonautics-branded briefings and presentations. The library grows whether or not anything new breaks that month, which is what makes a monthly membership defensible.
Mapped out as it comes online rather than a year of guests promised up front. The opening months are not about booking speakers at all. They are about turning what Noonautics already knows into resources worth paying for, and giving the room a reason to come back. Live gatherings get added later, once there is weight behind the invitation.
We create and carry the weekly pulse: what is happening, what dropped, who joined, what is coming, working alongside your team on anything that needs a Noonautics voice behind it. A community without a heartbeat goes quiet in six weeks regardless of who is in it.
Breakout rooms by field and by interest, so the archaeology people find each other without wading through phenomenology. When live gatherings do begin, they run properly: a structured conversation first, and the floor opened to members for the last stretch.
People already write in asking to volunteer. We build the application, run the calls, document who owns what, and hand over a full standard operating procedure. They are your first line of protection against exactly the behavior Egon flagged, and none of you has to police anything.
A space where members post what they are working on and how they want to help, which answers Carl's point about matching people to projects. Offers route into the same system as everything else rather than into somebody's inbox.
10 pieces a month, built so somebody who has never heard of this can see it from a long way out and steer toward it.
Noonautics should have had this years ago. There is an enormous amount of material here and almost no distribution. Social media is our core competency: we took Megan at Rooted Regenerations from 2,000 followers to 200,000 and launched her first cohort at six figures.
For a research nonprofit asking for money, follower count does something specific. It buys legitimacy. Somebody who lands on a reputable looking account feels comfortable donating, and somebody who lands on a dormant one does not, whatever the science says.
Two formats carry it. Talking head is the fastest path and needs one of you, or an advisor, on camera with the topics we bring. Carousels need nobody on camera but more of our hands: custom imagery, typography, four or five frames a post. The honest answer is that a blend of both grows fastest, and the ratio is a decision we make with you once we know who is willing to sit in front of a lens.
Cut, graded, captioned and sound treated, in a style we lock in the first weeks. Talking head, carousel, or a blend, decided once we know who is on camera. Whatever is not used rolls forward rather than expiring.
Every cycle we bring a set of topics ready to go, pulled from the research you already have, from what is moving in the field that week, and from what performed last time. Nobody sits down to record wondering what to say.
Cadence, format mix, hook structure, and how each piece sets up the next. Instagram leads. YouTube, TikTok and X get the same work repositioned for how each behaves rather than one file dropped in four places.
Each one written twice over, once for the person reading and once for the index, so a piece about endogenous DMT keeps surfacing months after it posted.
Free resources built from what Noonautics already knows, given in exchange for an email: a primer on the DMTx protocol, a guide to reading a trip report, the state of the satellite archaeology. Designed to the standard of something you would charge for, because the thought we want is precise: if this is what they give away, what is inside.
This is the connection point between the two pathways, and the reason they compound. It finds new Noonauts where they already are and lets them hand over an email without ever leaving Instagram. Somebody comments a keyword, a conversation opens that reads like a person, and it ends with the resource in their hands and their address in yours, sorted and tagged the moment it arrives.
Hooks, openings, covers, lengths and posting windows run against each other, with what wins feeding the next batch rather than a monthly report nobody opens.
The passage between the other two. Attention becomes an address, and an address becomes a member.
This is the most intensive of the three and the one that decides whether the other two compound. Followers on their own produce nothing. A community on its own stays the size of the room it started in. The current is what turns a stranger who watched forty seconds of a video into somebody who funds a satellite scan two years later.
It starts with the list you already have. 15,000 people, warm, never asked. A properly built first campaign to that list is the single most valuable thing this organization could do right now, and on a conservative read it should carry at least 100 members through the door on its own.

A follower belongs to a platform. An email address belongs to Noonautics, and it is still there when the algorithm changes its mind. Every piece of this is built to move people across that line.
A proper sequence to the 15,000 you already have. Not an announcement, a re-introduction: what Noonautics has been doing, what it has found, and what has just opened. This is the one that funds the rest.
Campaigns, sequences, tagging, segmentation and re-engagement for both the current list and everybody arriving after. Every address tagged by what brought it in, so the person who came through a satellite piece never gets sent phenomenology.
Behind each automation, a sequence that keeps delivering something worth having. By the time there is an invitation to join or to give, they have already received more than they were asked for.
Inbound sorted into buckets automatically: researcher, donor, volunteer, media, partnership. First response handled so nobody who writes in gets silence, and a digest flagging who needs a human. The large donor and the person offering to do real work stop getting lost.
List growth, magnet claim rate, sequence opens and clicks, cost of a member, and the number that outranks the rest, which is how many people crossed from watching into joining or giving. Brought to you as it comes in, rather than saved up for a meeting.
Egon asked exactly the right question on the call, which was where your time goes in this. Here is the honest shape of it. The heavy lifting sits with us. What cannot be delegated is your name, your judgment about who belongs in the room, and a few hours a month.
Circle configured, chambers permissioned, the first resources produced, and moderators recruited and briefed. Nothing goes to the list until there is something real behind the door.
From you: one working session on structure, and the calls to advisors that only you can make.
The first campaign goes to the 15,000. Conservatively this should carry 100 members through, which covers this engagement from the outset rather than taking anything away from the research.
From you: a read on the campaign before it sends, and any names you want approached personally.
Accounts set up properly, the style locked in the first weeks, and the first cycle of content out. Lead magnets designed, ManyChat live, and every new address tagged from the first one.
From you: one filming block a month if talking head is part of the mix, or nothing at all if we run carousels.
Resources land every month, the library thickens, and the funnel keeps filling. We watch what the room responds to and adjust as we go, rather than committing to a shape before anyone has walked through the door.
From you: a decision, once the numbers say it is time, on whether to add live gatherings or a higher tier above the base.
The harbor built and held, 10 pieces a month with the strategy behind them, lead magnets and ManyChat, and the full email and funnel layer that connects the two.
The three run as one engagement because they only work as one. 100 members through the door covers it, and everything past that funds the research.
Begin the EngagementBank transfer by ACH is preferred wherever possible, and it is the option I would ask you to take, because card processing takes a percentage that is better spent on the research. If a card is the right call for you, that is completely fine, just let me know first so we can handle it properly.
You have been inviting people to join The Expedition. This is where they arrive.
Sit with it, and bring Andrew in before anything is decided. When you are ready, say the word and we start with the structure session. Everything here begins in that room.
